Tim Radjy is the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of AlphaMundi, as well as the Chairman of SocialAlpha Investment Fund (SAIF), a Board member of FINAE in Mexico, and a Trustee of the Global Exchange for Social Investment (GEXSI). He previously worked first for Morgan Stanley Capital International and then for UBS, from 2000 to 2007. In 2004, he became a founding member of UBS Philanthropy Services, providing the bank’s wealthiest international clients with guidelines on foundation governance, NGO selection and impact evaluation. Tim also spent time in Bolivia in 2006 to review the Swiss Development Agency’s microfinance program and help it spin off into an independent foundation. Tim holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Geneva and a Private Banking Diploma from UBS. A Swiss citizen with Bolivian and Iranian roots, he is fluent in English, French & Spanish and conversational in German and Italian.

Rajiv Shetty is a Managing Director at AlphaMundi. He previously worked at Harcourt in Zurich for four years as a hedge fund analyst in multi-asset class trading strategies and as the portfolio manager for Macro/CTA funds of funds including Vontobel Diversified Alpha UCITS, Belmont Trading Ltd and Belmont (Lux) Trading. Rajiv was a Principal at Banc of America Securities in New York where he helped build a proprietary hedge fund investment program over two years with USD1bn invested. In 1997, Rajiv joined Long-Term Capital Management, developing trading, pricing, risk and derivatives operations systems for three years. In the firm’s reincarnation as JWM Partners, he spent four years as a strategist in fixed income and mortgage research and technology. At Salomon Brothers in New York, Rajiv spent the first two years of his career driving the strategic adoption of emerging technologies through research, development, publication and consultation. Rajiv holds an INSEAD MBA and a B.E. from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is an Overseas Indian with French nationality, having resided in New York for 17 years. He is fluent in English and conversational in Hindi and Marathi.

Antoine Melo is the Director of Operations and Finance at AlphaMundi. He previously worked for BlueOrchard as Director of Administration and Finance since January 2005, and headed its Social Performance Working Group since January 2009. Prior to joining BlueOrchard, Antoine was at Universal Corporation, a worldwide leader in trading commodities, where he was Finance and Administration Manager from October 2002 to December 2004. Additional experiences include working for Reuters for 2 years, and various engineering missions around the globe. Antoine is leading a pro bono microfinance project for the International Federation of Terre des Hommes, an NGO promoting children's rights & equitable development. He holds an MSc in Engineering from the Swiss Federal School of Technology in Lausanne, Switzerland, and an MBA from the HEC of the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. He is fluent in English and French.

Rebekka Zogg is an analyst at AlphaMundi. Previous work experiences include social work in South Africa, China and the Philippines, as well as internships at the ETH Water Research Institute and at UMS Temporary Housing. She holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Zurich and is completing the research for her Masters of Science in Economic Development at the University of Zurich. A Swiss national, Rebekka speaks German, English and French.


Advisors

Donald Peck is a member of the investment committee. He started his career in 1978 as an emerging markets investment banker. Later he became an investor in new markets at IFC, CDC and Actis, founding and running a series of venture and private equity funds in South Asia. In 2006, when based in India, Donald co-founded Lok Capital and Lok Foundation which works with Indian microfinance companies to provide venture equity and technical/managerial support. Donald is now a social investor based in London and much involved in Lok and other projects in India, Africa and South America. A British national, Donald holds a doctorate in Modern Latin American History, and speaks English and Spanish, conversational French and Portuguese and a little Hindi.

Oussama Himani is a member of the investment committee. Oussama is an independent economic advisor based in London, working for Middle East-based financial institutions.  He started his career in 1990 at the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC, where he served in a number of functions, most recently as Senior Advisor to the Executive Director, representing a group of Middle Eastern countries.  He also worked for ten years at UBS, most recently as Managing Director and Head of Global Emerging Markets Strategy. Oussama is a national of Lebanon and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, and speaks Arabic, English and French.

Mark Minevich serves as a Special Advisor to AlphaMundi, and is also a Principal Management Consultant and Strategist at Going Global Ventures, business intelligence and advisory firm based in New York providing strategic advisory services to clients such as Research Board/Gartner, a leading technology research group, AmerAsia Capital Partners, and the Government of Slovenia on Green initiatives. Mark was previously a Founder and Chairman of Billion Minds Foundation and Club in 2006-2010, a global sustainability and knowledge foundation think tank as well as private wealth club of global investors. Previous career accomplishments include advisor to Deutsche Bank in 2007-2008 on smart grid and emerging technologies, and serving as CTO and senior strategist of the IBM Next Generation Group in 1998-2002, where he formulated the strategy of the Venture Capital Incubation program which provided LP investments to venture capital/incubators, coaching over 100 portfolio startups and generating USD2bn in revenues. Mark is often solicited for independent expert testimonies at National Research Council & National Academy of Science, has spoken on the Forbes CEO Breakfast Series, US Department of Commerce bilateral meetings, and been featured on CNBC programs. Mark is the author of “Six Billon Minds” (2006) and “The CTO Handbook: The Indispensable Technology Leadership Resource” (2002). Mark holds a BS from Montclair State University and an MBA from Stevens Institute of Technology, and received the Albert Einstein Award for outstanding achievement in innovation in 2005. A US citizen fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian, Mark is based in New York.
