Arendt & Medernach
Arendt & Medernach is a leading Luxembourg law firm with international banking, corporate, tax, commercial, finance, litigation and investment management practices. Our firm was formed in 1988 by the merger between the two Luxembourg law firms of Arendt & Harles and Mersch & Medernach. The main office of Arendt & Medernach is in Luxembourg, but the law firm also has an office in Brussels and expanded through an exclusive alliance with Dillon Eustace, one of the principal Irish law firms, creating one of the leading investment management practices acting globally. In September 2005, Arendt & Medernach opened a representative office in New York so as to improve its services to its North American clients and their intermediaries. In September 2007 a representative office in London followed.
